As we move into the second half of the year, Charity Hub has an incredible line-up of speakers ready to share their stories, experiences, and insights at our upcoming networking events in Doncaster. Whether you’re looking to be inspired, learn something new, or connect with like-minded organisations, these sessions are not to be missed.
September 2nd – Bake Battle Roll Café
We’ll be joined by Natalie from Dragonfly Cancer Trust, who will share how her charity helps young cancer patients create lasting, meaningful memories. Alongside her, Neil Firbank, founder of the Recovery Games, will talk about his journey from addiction to creating a national celebration of hope and resilience.
October 7th – Eco Power Stadium
Our speakers include the Club Doncaster Foundation, who work tirelessly to improve lives in our community, and Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice, a lifeline for families facing the most challenging times. We’ll also hear from the Doncaster Advice Network about loan shark prevention and the impact it has on our local communities.
November 4th – Scarborough Barracks
We’re proud to welcome Pauline King (subject to change), who will be sharing insights into the needs of the armed forces community and how charities can work together to provide support for service members, veterans, and their families.
December 12th – Eco Power Stadium
Closing out the year, Sally Jameson MP (subject to change) will bring a political perspective to the issues affecting charities, and explore how government and voluntary sectors can work more effectively together.
Membership tip: If you plan to attend multiple events, Charity Hub membership could save you money. At £10 a month or £100 for the year, it’s a cost-effective way to network regularly compared to the £15 per event fee (and remember, your first event is free if you haven’t been before).
Secure your spot now and make the rest of 2025 your most connected year yet.
