A Partnership Built on Shared Values

At The Charity Hub, we believe in bringing good people together to create real opportunities, not just conversations.

Stride Yorkshire shares that belief.

Their work supports neurodivergent adults to build confidence, access employment, develop independence, and take meaningful steps towards the future they want to create.

This partnership is about more than sponsorship. It is about collaboration, shared values, and a commitment to helping people and organisations across our communities thrive.

Who Stride Yorkshire Can Help

Stride Yorkshire supports neurodivergent adults, employers, families, carers, and organisations who want to better understand neurodiversity and create more inclusive opportunities.

Their work can help neurodivergent adults who are looking for employment, individuals who want to build confidence and independence, and employers who want to create more inclusive workplaces. They can also support organisations that want to better understand neurodiversity in the workplace, as well as families, carers, and support services looking for appropriate signposting.

Whether someone is looking for practical employment support, independence coaching, or guidance around inclusive working environments, Stride Yorkshire offers specialist support designed around real people, real strengths, and real goals.

Employment Support

Stride Yorkshire works with neurodivergent-friendly employers across Doncaster who recognise the value, strengths, and unique skill sets that neurodivergent adults bring to the workplace.

Their team supports individuals throughout their employment journey, helping them to explore opportunities, build confidence, and access roles with employers who understand the importance of inclusive working environments.

Stride also works closely with employers who want to become more inclusive. This can include helping businesses understand the benefits of a neurodiverse workforce, improve recruitment processes, support neurodivergent employees, recognise individual strengths, and build working cultures that are more accessible and supportive.

Whether you are a neurodivergent adult looking for employment or an employer wanting to become more inclusive, Stride Yorkshire can help create the right conversations and support.

Independence Coaching

Stride Yorkshire’s experienced team of coaches supports neurodivergent adults to achieve their personal goals and build greater independence within their communities.

Through tailored one-to-one coaching sessions, Stride provides bespoke support designed around each person’s individual needs, strengths, and aspirations.

Independence coaching can help people build confidence, develop daily living skills, access the community, improve communication, and work towards personal goals. It can also support individuals who are preparing for employment, volunteering, or taking steps towards greater independence and self-belief.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Every coaching programme is personalised to help individuals make meaningful progress in the areas that matter most to them.

Why This Partnership Matters

The Charity Hub exists to connect charities, CICs, businesses, funders, and community organisations so that more people can access the opportunities, services, and partnerships they need.

Stride Yorkshire’s sponsorship helps us continue creating spaces where those connections can happen. Their support helps keep our networking events accessible, brings more organisations together, raises awareness of neurodiversity and inclusive employment, and creates new opportunities for collaboration across the local area.

This partnership also helps strengthen the connection between businesses and the VCFSE sector, encouraging more joined-up conversations between organisations that want to make a positive difference.

We are incredibly grateful for Stride Yorkshire’s support and excited about what we can achieve together.
