The Charity Hub networking events are back, and we’re excited to announce our next session taking place at Helping Hands Community Centre in Edlington.
Bringing together charities, community organisations, and local suppliers, the event is designed to create opportunities for collaboration, conversation, and shared learning across the sector.

As always, the focus is simple. Creating a space where organisations can connect, support one another, and strengthen the work happening across our communities.
What to Expect
This upcoming session will feature a main speaker session from Logan and Ed at Stride, who will be discussing how they have scaled their organisation, how they work alongside Local Authorities, and how charities and organisations can actively refer individuals into their services.
We’ll also hear from Emma at Helping Hands Community Centre, who will be sharing more about the services they have absorbed over the last six months, the support they currently offer, and how organisations can refer people who may benefit.
The event will be hosted by Brett Riley-Tomlinson, who will also provide an update on what is happening with The Charity Hub and plans for the months ahead.
Alongside the speaker sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to take part in networking activities, round table discussions, and informal conversations with organisations from across the region.
Why These Events Matter
One of the biggest challenges many charities face is feeling isolated while trying to meet increasing demand with limited resources.
Networking events like these create opportunities to:
Build new partnerships
Share knowledge and experiences
Learn about local services and referral pathways
Discover collaboration opportunities
Strengthen community connections
Some of the most valuable opportunities often begin with a simple conversation.
