A new role has become available with Spark Inside, offering an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people who face significant challenges.

Spark Inside works with young people in prison and in the community, using coaching to help them develop confidence, purpose, and the skills they need to move forward positively. They are now recruiting a Service Delivery Manager to support and strengthen the delivery of their programmes across Doncaster and Ranby.

About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager plays a key role in ensuring Spark Inside’s coaching programmes are delivered effectively and with impact. The position involves building trusted relationships with young people, prison staff, and community partners, while also managing and supporting a team of Life Coaches.

This is a varied role that combines participation and engagement, programme coordination, and performance monitoring. It would suit someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments and is committed to making a real difference.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Engaging young people in prison and in the community and supporting them before, during, and after coaching programmes

• Building strong relationships with prison staff, youth justice services, and charity partners

• Managing and supporting a team of Life Coaches, including scheduling and communication

• Coordinating programme logistics and maintaining accurate participant records

• Supporting reporting and monitoring requirements for prisons, commissioners, and funders

Who They’re Looking For

Spark Inside is looking for someone who is resilient, determined, and people-focused, with a strong commitment to high-quality service delivery. The right person will be comfortable working in challenging environments, able to stay calm under pressure, and confident engaging people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Experience in youth work, project delivery, or working with people who face disadvantage is essential. Experience within the prison system or a qualification in Youth or Community Work is desirable but not required.
