Puzzled Community Training CIC is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering people of all ages and backgrounds through training, education, and community support. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of the challenges they face. Our mission is to remove barriers, inspire confidence, and create pathways to brighter futures.

At our core, we provide accredited training programmes that equip individuals with essential life skills and recognised qualifications. One of our flagship offers is our Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work training, which gives participants the knowledge and confidence to save lives. Delivered in workplaces, schools, and community venues, this course ensures that more people have vital first aid skills, building safer and more resilient communities.

Through our Puzzled Training Charity Charter, we are proud to offer free training places on courses (when available) as well as discounted rates for individuals and group bookings. This initiative ensures that cost is never a barrier to accessing vital skills and opportunities.

Beyond first aid, our training portfolio is designed to be accessible, practical, and relevant to the needs of local people. Whether it’s supporting young people to develop employability skills, helping adults retrain for new opportunities, or building confidence through community-led learning, our focus is always on real-world impact.

We also pride ourselves on offering a holistic, supportive environment. Many of the people we work with face personal or social barriers, and our team is committed to providing not just training, but also guidance, encouragement, and a sense of belonging.
