About the fund
South Yorkshire’s Community Foundation hosts the South Yorkshire Mayoral Youth Impact Fund, created to remove financial barriers for exceptionally talented young people. Grants between £2,000 and £10,000 can support coaching, mentoring, equipment, travel, training and participation fees.
Who can apply
This fund is for individual young people aged 11–19 living in Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham or Sheffield and facing significant financial barriers. Applicants must meet the financial criteria and demonstrate commitment, talent or potential in their field. It is not a general organisational grant for charities; referrals or nominations from trusted adults are encouraged.
Closing date
