The Electric Vehicle Chargepoint Grant for Residential Landlords supports eligible landlords with the cost of buying and installing electric vehicle chargepoints at residential properties. The scheme can cover 75% of eligible costs, up to a maximum of £500 per socket, with grants available for up to 200 sockets per year.

Eligible applicants include charities that manage or own residential property, registered social housing providers, public sector landlords and other qualifying residential landlords. Applicants must meet the scheme requirements and use an authorised installer and eligible chargepoint.
