Access to Elected Office Fund – Delivery Partner
About the grant
The Cabinet Office is seeking a delivery organisation to establish and administer the Access to Elected Office Fund, which will help disabled candidates meet additional disability-related costs of contesting elections. Up to £500,000 is available in 2026/27 for both administration and the grants distributed to eligible candidates.
Who can apply
This competition is for a qualified Disabled People’s Organisation or an expert third-sector organisation with the relevant disability expertise, governance, safeguarding and financial capability. It is not the application route for individual candidates to claim election expenses; it is for the organisation responsible for managing the scheme.
