About the role
Voluntary Action Sheffield is recruiting an Employment Coach for its New Beginnings Pathways work, helping refugees with status move into employment that uses their skills.
Key responsibilities and experience
The post will provide employment support, run a weekly job club with volunteers and mentors, and coordinate with partner organisations so clients receive appropriate support.
Working arrangements and applications
This is a 21-hour, on-site fixed-term post. Completed VAS application and monitoring forms must be returned by 8am on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
