About the role
Voluntary Action Sheffield is recruiting a permanent Employment Coach within New Beginnings to help refugees and eligible people seeking asylum move into work, learning and training.
Key responsibilities and experience
The role combines one-to-one employment support, access to ESOL and community learning, delivery of a weekly job club, and partnership working with volunteers and local organisations.
Working arrangements and applications
This is a permanent, 35-hour on-site role. Completed VAS application and monitoring forms must be returned by 8am on Wednesday 28 October 2026.
