About the role

The Sick Children's Trust is seeking an experienced House Operations Manager to oversee five Homes from Home supporting families with seriously ill children in hospital across Sheffield, Leeds and Newcastle. The role combines operational leadership with hands-on support for teams delivering accommodation and family services.

The charity is looking for a compassionate and energetic leader with strong people-management and operational skills. The successful applicant will be comfortable working across multiple locations, maintaining high standards of service and supporting teams in a role where priorities can change quickly.

Working arrangements

This is a full-time, permanent role with a flexible base that can include Sheffield. Regular travel between the Trust's homes in Sheffield, Leeds and Newcastle is required. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis and the vacancy may close early.
