About the role
Sheffield Young Carers is recruiting an Assistant Project Worker to support young people aged 8 to 25 who are young carers and/or affected by substance use within their family.
Key responsibilities and experience
The post will help plan and run up to three evening groups each week, deliver holiday activity, maintain records, communicate with families and liaise with schools, social care and other youth services.
Working arrangements and applications
