About the role
Rotherham United Community Trust is recruiting a Head of Department for Health & Wellbeing to join its Senior Leadership Team. The role will lead the department's strategy, programmes, people and partnerships, turning organisational priorities into high-impact activity that responds to local needs.
Key responsibilities
The post includes departmental planning, staff leadership, budget oversight, quality assurance, safeguarding and partnership development. The successful applicant will be responsible for performance against funder requirements and KPIs, support the development of new projects and help secure funding that strengthens the department's long-term sustainability.
Working arrangements
The role is full time at 37.5 hours per week and is based at GoalZone at the AESSEAL New York Stadium in Rotherham. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
