About the role
Kiveton Park and Wales Community Development Trust is recruiting a Community Connector to improve wellbeing, reduce isolation and help local people access activities, groups and support.
Key responsibilities and experience
The role will facilitate inclusive activity, build relationships with community organisations and help remove barriers to participation. Experience in community, health, wellbeing, voluntary or social-care settings is sought.
