About the role
Horatio's Garden is looking for a Patient Experience Manager to make its Sheffield garden a welcoming space for patients with spinal injuries, their families and visitors. The role focuses on wellbeing, inclusion and the meaningful use of the garden during a hospital stay.
Key responsibilities and experience
Working closely with the Head Gardener, NHS teams and colleagues, the manager will organise seasonal, creative and social activities, listen to patients and families, recruit and supervise volunteers, and maintain relationships with staff, supporters and partners. The role includes safeguarding, monitoring and reporting.
Working arrangements and applications
