About the role

Clifton Learning Partnership is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the Rotherham-based charity through its next stage of development. The CEO will work with trustees, staff, volunteers, partners and local communities to shape strategy, maintain financial sustainability and make sure programmes continue to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Key responsibilities

The post includes strategic and organisational leadership, governance, safeguarding, programme oversight, partnership development, financial management and representing the charity externally.

About you

Applicants should bring senior leadership experience, strong people-management and relationship-building skills, and an understanding of charity governance, safeguarding, risk and regulatory responsibilities. Financial awareness and budget oversight are also important. The organisation is looking for a collaborative leader who can combine strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach.
