About the role
Citizens Advice Sheffield is recruiting a Data Development Manager to lead the strategic use of data across a large advice and advocacy organisation.
Key responsibilities and experience
The post will develop the organisational data strategy, strengthen data governance and architecture, improve case-management systems and reporting, introduce feedback tools and line-manage the Data Analyst.
